Your privacy matters to us. This page explains what information PB Nutritions collects, why we collect it, where it is stored and how to reach us with questions.
What we collect
When you place an order, we collect:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Delivery address (street, city, district, optional landmark)
- Optional order notes
- Order details (items, quantities, totals)
- Order timestamp
When you use the contact form, we collect: your name, email, phone, subject and message.
We do not collect: payment card data, government IDs, login passwords, browsing history, or cookies for advertising.
Why we collect it
- To confirm and dispatch your order
- To contact you on WhatsApp about your order
- To share order details with our courier partner so they can deliver to you
- To answer questions you send via the contact form
- To keep accurate sales records for our own bookkeeping and tax purposes
Where it is stored
Your order data is stored in two places:
- Our WhatsApp inbox — your order summary message arrives in our business WhatsApp chat. WhatsApp messages are end-to-end encrypted between your device and ours.
- A private Google Sheet — order details are appended to a Google Sheet that only the PB Nutritions team can access. This is our delivery / fulfilment record.
The Sheet is hosted by Google with industry-standard security. We do not share access with anyone outside the PB Nutritions team.
Who we share data with
- Couriers — only the name, phone and address strictly required to deliver your package.
- Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or trade your information with third parties for marketing.
What we don't do: We do not run analytics tracking on this website. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We do not have a mailing list. We do not retarget you with ads.
Your rights
You can ask us, at any time, to:
- Show you what information we hold about you
- Correct any inaccurate details
- Delete your record (after the order is delivered and any refund window has passed)

Local storage on your device
This website stores your cart contents in your browser's localStorage so that you don't lose them when you refresh the page. This data never leaves your device unless you proceed to checkout. You can clear it any time from your browser settings.
Children
Our products are intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has placed an order, contact us and we will cancel and delete the record.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our business grows. The latest version is always published here, with the "Last updated" date above.
