Where we deliver
PB Nutritions delivers across all 77 districts of Nepal. Whether you're in Kathmandu, Pokhara, Biratnagar, Butwal, Birgunj or a remote ward — if your address is in Nepal, we'll get your order to you.
Delivery time
- Inside Kathmandu Valley: 1–2 business days
- Major cities (Pokhara, Chitwan, Biratnagar, Butwal, etc.): 2–4 business days
- Other districts: 3–7 business days
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (NPT) are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Saturdays are dispatched the next business day.
Delivery charges
- Standard delivery anywhere in Nepal: Rs. 199
- Free delivery on orders above Rs. 5,000
Payment
We currently accept:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay when your package arrives
- WhatsApp confirmation — order details are reviewed and confirmed via WhatsApp before dispatch
Online payment options (eSewa, Khalti) are coming soon.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, our team will share the courier tracking details on the same WhatsApp number you placed the order from. For any questions about a specific order, message us on WhatsApp.
Damaged or wrong item? Please record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details.
Failed deliveries
If our courier is unable to reach you (wrong address, phone unreachable, recipient unavailable after 3 attempts), the order is returned to us. We will contact you to confirm before re-shipping. The original delivery charge is non-refundable, and a re-delivery charge may apply.
